About Descript

Descript is a video and podcast editing platform with transcript-based workflows and Underlord, an AI editing assistant inside the editor. Its affiliate program is migrating to PartnerStack, so current affiliates must reapply, and approval takes about a week with no minimum sales required.

Best for: Podcasters, YouTubers, Instagram creators, and educators who already use Descript in their storytelling and can weave it into podcasts, video, or social content.

Payout mechanics

Payments are automatically distributed to PayPal every month, with no minimum sale count required to be paid. Tracking software shows exactly who converted and when.

What affiliates should verify before promoting Descript

Confirm the commission basis, eligible plans, cookie attribution rules, payout timing, refund reversals, paid-ad restrictions, trademark rules, and regional eligibility directly with Descript. A high percentage can still be a mediocre offer when the plan price, conversion rate, or retention is poor. Numbers remain stubbornly contextual.
